DOMESTIC SHIPPING
If you are like us you want your purchase as soon as possible at a reasonable cost. We normally ship every business day. Many of our items are relatively small and lite weight and will ship USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. We have found these methods to be fast, offering tracking at a relatively low cost for the service delivered. We do offer other methods (FedEx, UPS etc.) that are faster but will cost more. With in-stock items we will usually ship the same or next day after your purchase. For FedEx, UPS, large or unique orders please contact us at service@prime4x4.com for a shipping quote.
Shipping times for special order and custom items are determined on a case by case basis. There may be as much as a one to two week delay or more before shipping so please plan ahead if you are ordering a non-stock or unique item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is best done on a case by case basis. If ordering from outside the US please contact us at service@prime4x4.com for an international shipping quote. It is difficult to set up automated shipping cost calculations that are the lowest possible. Depending on the product, we may be able to lower the shipping cost substantially if you contact us before making a purchase.
We are happy to ship almost anywhere as long as you understand that, depending on shipping method and destination, as soon as your package leaves the US we no longer have any control over it and tracking may not be available. Also, any customs problems and fees will be your responsibility. We will only state the actual prices paid on customs and shipping forms. Most issues depend on what country we are shipping to, most are not a problem but a few do present issues.
SHIPPING TIMES
We normally ship within 48 hours, most often the same or next day. Occasionally we are at a trade show, out on the trail testing new or existing products or have some unforeseen issue causing a shipping delay. When we are out of the shop there will be a notice in the banner of our home page. Otherwise, we will notify you as soon as possible and will do our best to keep any delays to a .minimum.
DROP SHIPPING
A few of our products that we do not stock or may be temporarily out of stock are shipped directly from the manufactures or other third party and shipping and handling times may vary. Prime 4x4 discounts, coupons and free shipping may not apply when making these purchases.
AFFILIATES & THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS
Some of our products are supplied directly from affiliates or third party vendors. Prime 4x4 discounts, coupons and free shipping do not apply when making these purchases. These items will be marked as "Affiliate Item" and will use an "Order Here" button.
